A massive energy transition to reduce carbon emissions to the atmosphere is underway, driven by deep concerns over global climate change. The ZH2 technology will be a linchpin of this effort, allowing steam methane reforming to provide inexpensive hydrogen to fuel the new economy while virtually eliminating the CO2 emissions that are its current hallmark. As the first-ever technology to use hydrogen instead of natural gas to fuel the reforming process, and then capturing all of the carbon produced in the reformer, ZH2 will produce the fuel for the new “hydrogen economy” at much lower cost than any “green” or “blue” alternative yet proposed.
